Is there any advantage of the resin content at certain rate

Sometimes customers ask the question as’ Is there any advantage of the resin content at certain rate’. As we know, the resin is major content for making solid surface sheet. Meanwhile, the resin price is high, so to save the raw material cost of making the solid surface sheet, some factory will reduce the content rate of the resin. So, sometimes, when I introduce our solid surface sheet to the customers, will mention that our solid surface sheet is better quality as the resin content is at certain rate. Then customers will ask me back’ is there any advantage that resin content is at certain rate’? then I will explain to our customers as following:

1.     Our production line is auto-casting production lines, which will request the resin content of our raw material should be at certain rate, which rate will be higher than the manual production lines, and the certain rate content of resin will make sure that the mixed raw material could be towards to the auto-casting production line;

2.     As the solid surface sheet is popularly applied for the kitchen countertops, bathroom countertop and other many kinds of commercial application, so the better quality solid surface sheet should be anti-bacterial, non- penetration, acid&alkali resistance, chemical resistance, scratch resistance, heat resistance, easy to repair&maintenance, stain resistance, all of these will request the resin content of the solid surface sheet is at certain rate. Otherwise, the solid surface sheet will easy to be color change, becoming mildewed, penetrating, scratched and hard to be repaired. That is why the resin content should be at certain rate.
