Our Quartz Stone and Acrylic Granite Sink

As we know, Quartz Stone is made from natural Quartz and little resin. and we also have the product Acrylic Granite Sink, also knew as acrylic quartz sink. Then,sometimes, customers are curious whether the material for acrylic quartz sink is same as quartz stone. Actually, the raw material for making quartz stone is same as acrylic quartz sink, but the content of the raw material is different for this two kinds of product. Raw material content for quartz stone is 93% natural quartz and 7% resin, but the content of raw material for acrylic quartz sink, is about 20% resin and 80% natural quartz. Because the raw material for acrylic quartz sink have to be pour into the stainless steel mould, so the mixed raw material should be fluid and easier to be modelled, then the resin content have to be higher. So the hardness of acrylic quartz sink is well, but is not as high as quartz stone. However, the acrylic quartz sink is still with excellent performance and also is more and more popular.
