The auto production line is different from the mould production lines, which is very widely applied for some small manufacturer. As the mould production line could save the raw material cost, because the material mixing has been finished by manual, so the resin content in the raw material is lower than auto production lines. The mixing material in the auto production line, the resin content should reach about 38% of the total raw material, otherwise, it will be hard to do mixing by auto production line, as the resin content is lower, the raw material will not be so fluid. Also if the raw material is not so fluid, it is also can’t be casting to the production line through the auto-casting machine. So the cost of the solid surface sheet made by auto production line is higher than the manual production line. But the performance of solid surface made by the auto production line is much better than that made by manual production line. The color stable from slab to slab is better. There will be no tiny color change for long time using for the slab made by the auto production line. The other advantage, such as anti-bacterial, scratch resistance, stain resistance, acid&alkali resistance, sauce resistance, non-absorption, repairable, bending and so on.
